To our Learners, Employers and Community
This is a critical moment in the world, with the situation evolving quickly we must all do our part in slowing the spread of Coronavirus.
We want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to protect everyone as far as we possibly can, as the health and wellbeing of our community is paramount to us.
We have, therefore, suspended, where possible, all face-to-face visits until further notice. To limit the impact on our learners and employers, our training delivery team will schedule sessions remotely via video calls, telephone calls and book virtual classroom sessions for teaching and learning as well as functional skills support. Where face-to-face contact cannot be avoided, our staff will be sharing the advice given to them to avoid personal contact and to wash their hands before and after every meeting.
During this unsettling time, we ask employers to support learners within their settings, to ensure the disruption to their learning is minimal and that they still comply with the ESFA and Ofsted regulations. This includes ensuring the learner responds to our assessors and has the time to take part in these teaching and learning sessions.
We are working very hard to deliver the same high level of customer service as always, to ensure we can minimise the impact on our support to our training, website and software customers.
We want to give you the reassurance that it’s business as usual. The office telephone lines and email responses will be managed in exactly the same way as always.
