We now have 4 NEW IT Apprenticeship courses available!

Having received a ‘Good’ rating following our recent Ofsted inspection, one of our core values is growth and always trying to be the best we possibly can, we are striving for an outstanding score at our next inspection.

Part of our growth is developing additional courses so that we have more programmes on offer for our clients.

Course Options

  • L3 Digital Support Technician Option A
    Length:     18 months
    This is a digital and database administration role, focusing around the digital office technology that would be used in the workplace, undertaking the administrative functions on digital databases and platforms. Job titles may be something like Digital Office Technician, Database Administrator, IT Operations Technician.
  • L3 Digital Support Technician Option B
    Length: 18 months
    This is similar to the above role but would be more of a digital service technician role, embodying job roles such as Digital Help Desk Technician or Digital Service Technician.
  • L3 IT Solutions Technician Option A (Hardware)
    Length: 18 months
    This is a role which would revolve around the management of hardware, for example fixing laptop errors, and issues concerning technical hardware.
  • L3 IT Solutions Technician Option B (Software)
    Length: 18 months
    This is a role which would revolve around the management of software, for example doing remote logins, installing software, setting up laptops/ computers, and doing data reports.

Any school that takes on an individual through an apprenticeship course before 31st January 2021 will receive a lump sum of payment from the government. This can be up to £3,000 per apprentice taken on during this time frame.
