Faye’s Story
This week we are celebrating one of our apprentice’s success stories.
Faye Dockerty started with us in October 2017 and has gone from strength to strength – swiftly changing job titles and becoming a manager all in her first year with the company! After Talent Bank (our vacancy matching service) was set up, Faye was the first candidate to be recruited and she now is running it herself a year on while taking up the opportunity to support the marketing team.
After deciding University wasn’t the right route for me, I found myself struggling to envision my career as I just didn’t know what to do next.
